Upon receiving your return or replacement request, our delivery partner will promptly pick up the item from your location within 48 hours, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

  • All freebies and accessories included with the product are returned.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and free from any stains, scratches, tears, or holes.

Exclusions from Return/Replacement:

Step 2: Receiving Your Item: Once we get your returned product, you'll get a notification on WhatsApp. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Step 3: Checking Your Item: Our team will inspect the returned item to see if it meets the criteria for a refund or replacement.
          For Replacement: After inspection, we will send the new item. You can expect to receive it in 3 to 5 business days.
          For Refund: After inspection, we will start the payment process within 48 hours. The amount will show in your account within 2 business days.
